In this recording from my “Commanding Your Life” Radio show I discuss the 3 fundamental things that you must do to create your life. These are all in keeping with using your imagination however you must bring yourself and your beliefs to the appropriate level to create.
I quote Neville Goddard near the beginning of the recording. That quote is:
“Now, if I move from that I am, into what I would like to be, you will still be my friend; so in my imagination I let you see me as you would have to see me if things were as I want them to be, and there I remain. I can’t be double-minded and let you see me in my former state, but must persist in my new state until it becomes natural and out pictures itself in my world. This is true of everything you do, I don’t care what it is. If you want to be known, you will be, regardless of the fact that you start your assumption with nothing to support your claim. Simply dare to assume that you are, for your assumptions – although denied by your senses – if persisted in will become externalized facts in your life.” – Neville Goddard
Who is Neville Goddard: Neville Goddard, better known as just Neville, was a quietly dramatic and influential teacher for many years. In a very simple, one-hour lecture, he was able to clarify the nature of God and God’s relationship to every person. He spoke of God in intimate terms as though he knew God very well, which he did.
The three fundamentals of creating the life you want vs just existing are Self-Observation, Definition of Aim or purpose, and Detachment.
Here is a Neville Goddard quote for you to internalize: “Man must make a definite discovery about himself through an uncritical observation of his reactions to life. The sum total of these reactions defines an individual’s state of consciousness. It is the his consciousness state that attracts the situations and circumstances of his life.”
There is a definite connection between what you are outside and how you think inside. It is mental thoughts or states that attract what we see in our life.
Right now I want you to focus on your internal voice. What thoughts are you allowing to rule your life? What are you feelings and in what part of your body? You must be mindful of what you think and how you react based on those thoughts because you can destroy your life as easily as you can build it up.
Have a listen to the recording as I cover Self-Observation, Definition of Aim or purpose, and Detachment.
