 What is hypnosis/active meditation?

Contrary to popular belief you will not be clucking like a chicken or made to do something that you would not normally do. You cannot be made to do anything that is against your will. And no, you will not be zoned out and somehow magically get downloaded with new information for instantaneous change.

During your sessions you are awake and know everything that is being said. You will be in a higher state of awareness and concentration. You will be relaxed. Think of how you feel when you realize you had been day dreaming. Well, active meditation is much like daydreaming. Have you ever been involved in reading or a project or watching television that when you finally heard your name being called you were startled? The person calling you asked where you were inside your head because they had called your name several times before you answered. This is what hypnosis / active meditation is like. The difference by having a session with me is that you will be concentrating on what you want to change, remove or improve in your life.

During our first session I will go over all the particulars about how you will feel and what we do before I take you into the process. Nothing happens until we (you and I) know that you are comfortable and ready to proceed.

6. 3 months of email support (timely answers upon receipt) ($150)
7. Access to two monthly group teleconferences. Ask questions and gain support. ($60)
8. Additional sessions can be purchase at a discounted rate.
